Refund policy

At Sitra The Label, we take great care in ensuring all items are thoroughly inspected before dispatch.

Due to hygienic reasons, we strictly do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges are not permitted for change of mind, incorrect colour selection, or incorrect style selection.

Exchanges will only be considered if:

• The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, and

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, and

• Clear images or videos of the fault are provided prior to approval.

To request an exchange, please submit your enquiry via our Contact Page within the stated timeframe, including your order number and clear images/videos of the issue.

All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Sitra The Label. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Once approved, exchanges will be offered for the same item only, subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Sale items are strictly final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
